“In Your Dreams” is built around great swirling mounds of imagistic energy, yet it feels secondhand at its core.

The film attempts to transcend mere children's entertainment, but it doesn't fully commit, perhaps out of fear of failure, despite having genuinely moving moments for its audience. [Full review in Spanish]

Warning! This movie is NOT safe for kids struggling with parental separation. It opens topics but does not offer much to facilitate resolution of issues. In fact it features strong emotions and scary imagery which can scare children without offering hope. I so regret watching this my 8yo and 10yo kids. Irresponsible filmmaking at its worst.
